Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly wash potatoes n pressure cook it n boil peas also, take 4 whistles.

Peel off potatoes, firstly, in a large mixing bowl mash boiled potatoes peas

Now take a pan, add oil to it, then add chopped onion n green chilli, saute for a minute.

Then add all masalas, add boiled potatoes n peas.

Mix all together, add green coriander leaves.

Further, take bread slices and spread green chutney.

Spread the generous amount of prepared potato stuffing. cover with the other bread slice and press gently.

Then grill or toast on tawa adding some butter.

Now cut the bread in half and Serve.
