Dalia Kheer is a delicious and healthy Indian dessert made with broken wheat, milk and sugar

Ingredient

dalia

1/2 cup

sugar

1 tbsp

kismis

1 tbsp

chironji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the dalia in a pan for two minutes. Then wash dalia with normal water.

* Step 2

Now in a karahi boil the milk for 5-7 minutes. Add dalia in it. Boil dalia for few minutes. Then add sugar and kismis or raisins

* Step 3

When the kheer becomes thick then switch the flame off. Add chopped kaju and chironji. Cool the kheer in refrigerator then serve.

* Step 4

You can add date palm jaggery instead of sugar in the kheer.
