Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For methi aloo sabzi. Heat mustard oil in a heavy bottom Kadai. Add garlic, jeera, haldi, and potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes then add a dash of water and cover for 5-6 minutes. After that add methi. Cook for another couple of minutes or until the potatoes are fully done. Methi aloo sabzi is ready.
* Step 2
Now take one big plate and add Makka flour and all the remaining ingredients and make a soft dough with the help of warm water.
* Step 3
Now take tawa and make a small ball of Makka methi dough and make roti with the help of your palm. Always remember this dough is very delicate. Take some water in your hand and spread it with your fingers and cook on tawa on both sides with desi ghee.
* Step 4
Super tasty Makka methi paratha is ready. You can have this paratha with green chutney or aloo tamatar ki sabzi. In winter we used to have this paratha every second or third day. Enjoy
