Chana Dal Kabab
Chana Dal kebab are very popular snack recipes, not only in indian and pakistan but also in the middle east and western countries. In my home this is a must snack for any party. Tried , tested and super tasty party snack

Ingredient
Food ration :
2-3 people
Cooking time :
15 -20 minutes + soaking time
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak all grains for 6-8 hours or overnight. Boil it with ginger, garlic, green chilli and salt.
* Step 2
Drain excess water (don’t throw this water). Mash them properly or you can churn in a mixer but without water.
* Step 3
Soak soya granuals in dal water and squeeze properly (watch the temperature of water). Mix it with mashed batter.
* Step 4
After that add all spices and make round tikki and cook them on non-stick pan on low to medium flame until they becomes crisp. Super tasty and healthy party snack is ready. Serve with onion rings, tomato sauce and green chutney.
