Quick Paneer Roll
My son's all time favourite evening snack

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take paneer in a bowl. Cut into small cubes. Put all spices along with curd. Refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes.
* Step 2
Take one big plate. Knead the wheat flour with ajwain,salt and oil. Make a soft dough. Rest it for 5-10 minutes.
* Step 3
Take 1 non-stick pan. Add oil and some ajwain and onion fry for 1 minute. Add capsicums stir for 1-2 minutes. Add marinated Paneer and give a quick stir and put the flame off.
* Step 4
For Chapati
Make small balls of Atta and roll thin chapati. Cook it in a non-stick tawa for both sides. Make 8 chapati.
* Step 5
Take a chapati. Spread green Chatani,Paneer, Sauce and Mayo. Roll it and put it on heated non-stick tawa and cook it from all side.
Roll is ready.
