Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take 240 gram besan.add in ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder,¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp ajwain and salt to taste 1 tbsp oil.
* Step 2
Further, add water as required or little more.mix with the help of whisk to form a smooth batter.
* Step 3
Now rest the batter for 20 minutes so that besan absorbs water and turn light.
* Step 4
Further, add in ½ capsicum,½ onion, ½ tomato, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 inch ginger and 2 green chilli. mix well with the help of ladle and get to a flowing consistency batter.
* Step 5
Further, pour a ladleful of batter onto a hot pan and spread.pour a tsp of oil over chilla.allow to cook on medium flame.now flip the chilla and cook both sides.
* Step 6
Now besan chila is ready and serve with green chutney and tomato sauce
