Afghani fateer Paratha is a traditional and healthy Afghani flatbread stuffed with potato, onions, herbs and spices and cooked on tawa or pan with oil and served with butter . This is very simple and easy to make at home and very yummy delicious in test.

* Step 1

Directions for dough:

Prepare filling of paratha In a bowl take mashed potato and add chopped onion, chat masala,red chilli powder, cumin powder.,kashmiri red chilli powder, salt to taste and mix well all together and make stuff filling.

* Step 3

We cut the dough and rolled it in roti shape.apply the ghee on roti.

* Step 4

On one of the rolled dough circle, place the potato stuffing in the center and keep about 1 inch empty space from the sides.

* Step 5

Heated the pan and put the paratha and applied ghee and beaked from both sides till golden brown.
