Orange muffins

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take maida, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, in a pot and mix it properly then sieve this mixture through strainer 3 times.
* Step 2
Take fresh malai and finely ground sugar (powder) in a bowl and mix it for 5 minutes very smoothly. Add some orange juice and mix smoothly. Repeat this process to mix all the mixture for 10 minutes till this paste becomes pulpy.
* Step 3
Apply some oil to the mini baking bowl and butter paper. Now keep the prepared mixture in 5 mini bowls. Garnish with tutti fruit and place this bowl in a 180 degree C preheated oven for 20 minutes.
* Step 4
Remove the bowl from the oven when the bowl becomes cool place the muffins in a tray.
