Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 1/2 litre milk in a vessel and heat till first boil.Than leave it for cooling for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Take juce of 1 lemon and mix with water of same quantity. Now mix this juicy little by little to the milk and stir properly till milk barst.
* Step 3
Keep strainer on a bowl keep clean marking cloth on strainer.put mlik on this cloth and wash with normal cold water to remove sourness of lemon juice.
* Step 4
Warp this washed chhena in making cloth and leave it for 1/2 hour under a small weight.
* Step 5
Now separate this chhena in another pot and dough it very smoothly till it become soft then make 8 boll from this chhena.
* Step 6
Take 1 cup of sugar in a cooker and mix 5 cup of water. Heat it till its boil put all the 8 bolls in the syrup and it for 25 minutes on high flame.
* Step 7
Keep 8-10 cubs of ice in a bowl and put all the 8 bolls for 5 mintus.
* Step 8
Bow take sweet Syrup in another bowl and dip all the 8 bolls in it.Your Rasgulla is ready.
