Jaggery Cowrie
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix smoothly maida and semolina with some melted ghee. Now dough this mixture with some water.
* Step 2
Make small balls of this dough and roll this ball on frame with the help of thumb to form Cowrie shape.
* Step 3
Boil some oil in a pan and deep fry all the Cowrie shaped balls on medium flame.
* Step 4
Now mix one cup jaggery with 1/4 cup water and boil it properly to make one tar chashani also mix a pinch of cardamom Powder.
* Step 5
Add all Cowrie in chashani
* Step 6
Now your Jaggery Cowrie is ready to surve.
