Aloo sukhauta is a dish eaten in Bihar. In this, we boil the potatoes and dry them in the sun until they harden well. After that, fill it in an air tight box. You can use it comfortably by keeping it for 7-8 months. Whenever you feel like eating and make and eat it with the recipe given below.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all, keep the water in a pot for heating. When the water starts to boil, add aloo sukhauta and a little salt in it and cover it for half an hour and keep it on one side. After half an hour take out the aloo sukhauta from water।
* Step 2
Put oil in a pan and heat it, now put the soaked aloo sukhauta in it and fry it till it becomes golden brown. Then keep aside.
* Step 3
Now put a spoon of mustard oil in a pan for heating, then add cumi seeds,dry red chilli and bay leaves to it and wait for 10-15 seconds.
* Step 4
Now add the onions and fry for a while. When the onions are roasted well then add all the spices. Now cook the spices well fry till the oil separate।
* Step 5
Now add little water to the roasted spices and mix it well. Now add aloo sukhouta and salt and mix well.
* Step 6
Now add १ cup water and mix it well. Then cover it with lid and cook it on medium flame till then the water absorbed.
* Step 7
Your aloo sukhauta is ready. Serve it with chapati and rice. Enjoy!
