Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a pan add milk when it becomes little warm add milk powder and cook it untill it becomes very thick. Keep aside. After cool completely it's becomes like a dough. Now add chopped dryfruits and mix it well.

* Step 2

Next we make a custard. For that take a pan add milk and allow to boil it completely. In a bowl take 1/2 cup milk add custard powder and mix it well. When milk is boiled then add custard mix and stir it continuously. When custard is thickened, add sugar to it and mix well. Turn off the flame.

Take 4-5 tbsp milk and soak the kesar in it. And keep aside. Now take a bread slices and cut the sides then roll out the bread slices then apply stuffing in center and roll out and seal the edge. Make all the bread roll like this.

Then take a serving plate place the bread roll in it. Then pour the custard mix. Then pour the kesar milk. Place cherry on it and serve it like as it is or chilled.
