Woodapple has a lot of health benefits. It helps in digestion and helpful in getting rid of ulcers and constipation. It also helps in blood purification. It's also cooling for the body.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a woodapple and transfer it's pulp into a bowl. Add 1 cup water and mash it with your hand nicely.
* Step 2
Now take and strainer and set it on another bowl pour the pulp mixture into the strainer and sieve it with your hand.
* Step 3
Now you get the woodapple juice in another bowl.
* Step 4
Add sugar as per your taste and mix it well. Your woodapple Sharbat is ready. Now serve it like this or chilled.
