This Beet Smoothie is what you need for your weekdays breakfast. It’s great for weight loss and can be made vegan too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a blending jar add banana and beet. Grind it into the fine paste.
* Step 2
Then add yoghurt, honey and jaggery and again grind it.
* Step 3
Now add milk and again grind it. Your beetroot yoghurt smoothie is ready. Pour into the bowl or glass and serve it
