Coconut Beet Ladoo

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First melt the butter in a pan.Once the butter melt put the grated beetroot into the butter and crushed cardamom seeds fry it for few minutes.

* Step 2

Next add the grated coconut and mix  with the beetroot.Stir it for few minutes...

* Step 3

Now add the sugar and mix it.Cook it until it looks a sticky paste or cook 15--20 minutes...

* Step 4

Once it is a sticky dough put the heat off and take a spoon full of coconut paste and keep it in a plate and let it cool for few second..

* Step 5

When it is cool make it in round shape using your pump and set aside.Now put the coconut ball into the decicated coconut and let it stick.Keep it in a plate or you can store this coconut balls for 10-15 days
