Mysore bonda

#traditional Mysore bonda is a traditional popular snacks of karnataka these bonda is usually served with coconut chutney or any other flavoured chutney.This bonda is made of flour mixed with curd taste basically is a plain bonda..Taste really good with chutney.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Assemble al the ingredients like wheat flour,jeera,rice flour,soda,salt,chopped green chillies,coriander leaves,onion,coconut,paste ginger.and mix with a spoon,add curd and water as per requirement.Mix well to make a thick batter of dropping consistency and fluppy while frying.

Heat oil in a deep fry pan or wok and drop a small portion of batter to the oil using 1 tbsp of batter in between your finger or can use your palm applying a little amount of water to make a round shape ball.In a medium flame keep strriing till it's golden brown.When the bonda turn crisp and well cooked remove them in a serving plate and serve with chutney of any flavour.You can also serve the bonda with a curd.
