Dark chocolate muffin

#flour chocolate muffin made with the goodness of ata, milk coconut filled with the goodness of chocolate flavours...taste yummy...without egg.

Ingredient

wheat (atta)

180 ml

milk

4 tablespoon

cocoa powder

1 tablespoon

cake gel

3 tablespoon

chocolate syrup

3 tablespoon

warm butter

2 tablespoon

coconut powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl whisk butter and cream smoothly.now in another bowl mix ata with milk make a centre in a middle.add cocoa powder,brown sugar,whipping cream,cake gel and coconut powder.it gives yummy flavour.and whisk the batter to a thick consistency. Add the batter of cream and butter together. Bit the batter for 5 min.

* Step 2

Now heat the cooker in a medium flame for 10 min.greased the baking panwith oil spread some dry flour over it and and pour the batter in the pan and bake for 35 min.

* Step 3

You can use small size baking pan for making muffin.

* Step 4

Check meanwhile whether it was finely bake or not with toothpick or fork.and switch off the flame.

* Step 5

Your muffin is ready to serve with tea.
