Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry the pumpkin seeds in sun for 5 days.so that it become completely dry.

* Step 2

Now roast the tomato and keep aside. chopped the onion,ginger,garlic,green chilli. And fry all the ingredients with 1/2tps of oil. Roast the dry pumpkin seeds until it's light brown. And switch off the flame.

* Step 3

Next step make all the ingredients into a fine smooth paste alone with dhaniya chopped in sil pata or grinder optional.

* Step 4

Your pumpkin seeds are ready. you can add some more chilli to make spicy.
