Cooking instructions

Heat oil on a pan, add panch phoron, onion, garlic, turmeric powder, dry ginger powder in it, and cook for one minute, then add piri piri masala then add mushrooms, salt to taste,

Then add chaana dal, moong dal, cooked tuar dal, tomato, then add all the chopped leaves,sugar and garam masala powder, mix it, covered, cook for 20 minutes, when all the water evaporated then add ghee and
