chopped garlic

cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blanch the asparagus.

Heat a kadai with butter then add garlic, chopped onion, chopped shallots cook for 2 minutes, then add mushroom slices,add salt to taste cook for 3 minutes then add piri piri masala,add blanched asparagus then stir it, then add 1 cup water, cover and cook for 2 minutes then

Add cream mix it then add chopped coriander leaves serve hot with roti.
