Today I have made a healthier and tastier version of samosa prepared using oats flour which is healthy and delicious. This samosa can be served with Kiwi chutney to make a delicious and delightful combo. A must try for all.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the oats for 2 minutes then make fine powder. Then in a plate add oats powder, maida, salt and oil mix it then make a dough with water, cover dough for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat another pan add 1 tbsp oil, add ajwain, ginger powder, cook for 1 minute, then add chopped chilli, paneer, potato, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt to taste,chilli powder mix it, then cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Make small balls from the dough and flatten it like puri divide it,Then put the stuffing and close it properly and fry it till golden brown. Another method/style of preparing the samosa is, from the dough make small balls flatten it like puri then put the stuffing and close it like potli, then fry it.
* Step 5
Serve hot with kiwi chutney.
