flour

3/4 cup

castor sugar

1 tsp

soda

1/2 cup

butter

1/2 cup

curd

1 1/4 cup

milk

For serving

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat the butter, then add sugar beat until it's soft and creamy. Add curd, essence, milk and mix well.

Seave flour with baking powder and soda twice. Add this to the butter mixture and mix it slowly until fluffy. Add pumpkin puree and mix it. Pour it into the baking tray which has been greased and dusted. Spread the seeds evenly on the batter.

* Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 180'c for 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack slices and serve with milk made.
