Orange Cream Cake

#winterfruits We are always restricted to making Orange juice/pulp during winter season. Today, I have shared this orange cake which is absolutely soft and makes it completely blend in the mouth giving it an exciting and mouthwatering taste. This can be had for all types of occasions and meals as a sidey, making it the perfect the cream cake.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seave the flour, soda, baking powder twice. Mix condensed milk and essence with butter and beat it well, then add Orange zest, gradually add flour

* Step 2

Add Orange juice and pulp to make falling consistency batter. Bake in preheated oven at 170' C for 20 - 25 minutes. Than cool it.

* Step 3

Divide the cake horizontally. Moist it with Orange and sugar mixture,

* Step 4

Whip the cream on ice till semi thick,add Orange colour, Orange essence whip again till thick. Spread the whip cream on lower part of the cake, place the top part and cover the whole cake with Orange cream.

* Step 5

Decorate with cream and almond slices, chill the cake before serving.
