Sesame Strawberry
#Sesamepeanut it is believed to have something healthy to eat in winters so as to provide good amount of energy to the body. So in this recipe I use sesame seeds with strawberry, milk powder, jaggery ,cardamom powder which came out well exceptionally.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Scoop the strawberries, dry roast sesame seeds in a non stick pan till light brown in colour, put in a mixture jar and grind coarsely, heat the water, milk powder and mix it well.
* Step 2
Add ghee, jaggery, cardamom powder, cook for one minute then add sesame seeds crushed, as mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan switch off the gas. Take another pan cook strawberry syrup for 1 minute.
* Step 3
Then add 1/2 tsp sesame seeds then keep it aside. In short the sesame mixture into the strawberry and dip into the strawberry syrup.
* Step 4
Then roll it along with fried sesame seeds serve chilled.
