Carrots and peas stew

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the vegetables thoroughly.

* Step 2

Let the carrots sit in hot water for 5 minutes, as you defrost the peas.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a sauce pan and add in the onions and toss. Add in the ginger garlic paste and stir thoroughly.

* Step 4

Add in the tomatoes and the capsicum. Season and stir.

* Step 5

Add in the peas together with the carrots and stir.

* Step 6

Add in the rest of the spices and stir for a minute.

* Step 7

Add in a cup of vegetable stock and let boil for 3 - 4 minutes.

* Step 8

Serve and enjoy.
