Banana bread 😋
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven at 170 degrees Celsius. Grease and line your baking tin
* Step 2
Peel and mash the 3 banana. Slice one lengthwise
* Step 3
Break in the eggs and add the rest of the liquids. Whisk till well combined
* Step 4
In a separate bowl, sift the dry ingredients
* Step 5
Add the flour mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients and stir gently till combined
* Step 6
Pour the mixture into the greased baking tin and top with the sliced banana
* Step 7
Place the tin into the oven and reduce the heat to 160 degrees Celsius. Let it bake for 45 minutes.
* Step 8
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before removing the piece off the tin.
