Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the vegetables thoroughly
* Step 2
Let the carrots sit in hot water for 5 minutes, as you defrost the peas.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a sauce pan and add in the onions and toss. Add in the ginger garlic paste and stir thoroughly as you toss
* Step 4
Add in the tomatoes and the capsicum. Season and stir.
* Step 5
Add in the peas together with the carrots and toss.
* Step 6
Add in the rest of the spices and stir for a minute as you toss.
