Potato and matoke stew
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, wash and chop the potatoes and bananas
* Step 2
In a large sauce pan, saute the onions
* Step 3
Add in the turmeric and the ginger garlic paste. Let cook for a minute
* Step 4
Add in the tomatoes and cook to a paste. Add the seasoning and give a good stir.
* Step 5
Add in the chopped potatoes and bananas and mix till well coated. let cook for at least 5 minutes, while stirring.
* Step 6
Add some water to the level of the potatoes and bananas and let simmer on low until the liquid reduces
* Step 7
Garnish with some chopped dhania
