Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a large sauce pan and add in your chopped onions. Let cook till translucent
* Step 2
Add in the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute
* Step 3
Add in the chopped sausages and toss. Add in the pilau masala and mix it up
* Step 4
Add in the tomato paste and mix. Ensure the sausages are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper
* Step 5
Add in the rice and mix. Season again
* Step 6
Add in the water and let simmer until all the water is absorbed
* Step 7
Fluff it up and remove from heat. Let sit for around 10 minutes when covered before serving
