Rice with Potatoes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in your sauce pan, add onions and let cook till translucent
* Step 2
Add in the grated tomatoes and let simmer for 5 minutes
* Step 3
Add in the peeled potatoes and mix. Cover and let cook for 2 minutes. Add the seasonings.
* Step 4
Add in the rice, mix and add the water
* Step 5
Let simmer until all the liquid is absorbed
* Step 6
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
