Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble everything together, slice all veggies.
* Step 2
Then take a cooker add oil then add hing, jeera, green chillies, let it crackle then add onion, once it turns pink add potatoes, tomato, capsicum.
* Step 3
Then add all the spices, mix it well, add little water. Cover the cooker with the lid. Wait for the cooker to release pressure. After One whistle lower the flame for 1-2 mins. The pressure in the cooker will allow the sabji to cook properly. Sprinkle amchur powder and mix.
* Step 4
Add coriander and now serve it with roti and enjoy.
