Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grated carrot, beetroot, capsicum and radish.
* Step 2
Chop tomato, onion,chillies and coriander leaves.
* Step 3
Make a tomato rose and capsicum leaves and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now take a bowl add everything together.
* Step 5
Add all the dry masalas into the veggies, mix very well squeeze lemon juice and enjoy with rice and curry
