Break the eggs in a bowl.

Now add all the chopped veggies.

Add all the dry masalas.

Whisk it really well so that everything gets mixed properly.

Heat a nonstick pan. Add oil or desi ghee and invert the egg batter on it.

Flip and turn from the sides, once it turns golden.

Cut into two from the center and enjoy with sauce and bread.
