An amazing sweet dish made during Christmas and a very famous Goan recipe.Crispy from outside and soft from inside.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl sieve maida, sugar and baking powder. Now add suji and mix all the dry ingredients well.
* Step 2
Now add ghee and mix it well very until crumbly.
* Step 3
Now add very little water and knead a semi-soft dough. Keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 4
Now take a small dough and make curls using the back of the fork. Make all curls in the similar manner
* Step 5
Now heat sufficient oil in a pan and fry the kulkuls in small batches.
* Step 6
Drain out in an absorbent paper and allow it to cool. Once it attain normal temperature keep it in an air tight container. Enjoy these kulkuls in this Christmas season.
