The cuisine covers a wide range from being extremely mild to very spicy dishes. An exciting side dish made with green chillies and garlic with a tadka hing.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly assemble all ingredients together then grind the green chillies, garlic cumin seeds and salt to a coarse paste in a grinder.
* Step 2
In a tadka pan heat the oil then add the asafoetida then add the coarse chilli - coriander paste and saute for 1-2 mins. Finally add lemon juice.
* Step 3
Serve the Maharashtrian Green Chilli Thecha along with Methi Thalipeeth or Bhakri
