Mixed veg uttapam
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add suji,rice flour,salt and curd add little water to make a flowing batter neither too thick nor too thin.
* Step 2
Then add eno fruit salt and give a nice whisk. Assemble all chopped veggies.
* Step 3
Grease a non stick pan add a ladleful batter into the pan spread it evenly.And let it cook on low flame
* Step 4
Now throw some veggies on the uttapam.
* Step 5
Let it cook for sometime flip the other side and cook on low flame. Turn again on the other side and let it cook nicely.
* Step 6
Serve with Coconut chutney. you can add more veggies as per your choice.
