Instant Kalakand
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk then switch off the flame.Add lemon juice and keep aside for 5 mins.The milk will cuddle.Strain the whey and wash the paneer for 3-4 times now keep in a strainer for extra water to drip down. Now grind the paneer for very smooth texture.
* Step 2
Heat a non stick pan add the grinded paneer,then add sugar and stir.Once the sugar melts add cardamom powder.
* Step 3
Keep stirring continuously on medium flame until the paneer leaves the side of the pan.
* Step 4
Take a plate and set the paneer with the back of the spoon.
* Step 5
Once slightly cooled cut into desired size and add slivered almonds for garnishing.
* Step 6
Enjoy this instant kalakand to the fullest!
