This is a very easy yet healthy recipe which is prepared in jiffy.My all time favourite.I love to munch them with fritters prepared during ramadan.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak both chana dal and kale chane over night.Drain out excess water in the morning and keep them aside.
* Step 2
Cut and chop onion,cucumber,tomato,coriander,capsicum and green chillies and assemble them on a plate.
* Step 3
Now mix everything in a bowl.
* Step 4
Adjust salt,chat masala and squeeze lemon juice.
* Step 5
Your mouth watering chatpate chane chat is ready to relish!!
