A famous street food of Bengal, goes well with murmura or puffed rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil,peel and cut 1 egg into 4 pieces
* Step 2
Peel potatoes and mash it to avoid lumps.Now add all spices mentioned under for chop.Mix it well so that it gets well combined.
* Step 3
Now take 1 part of the egg and cover it nicely with potato mixture.
* Step 4
Heat sufficient oil in a pan
* Step 5
Now dip the chop into the besan batter and deep fry them until crisp and golden.
* Step 6
Drain it out in an absorbent paper and serve hot.
