Shahi Paneer butter masala
This rich Paneer butter masala will surely tickle your taste buds
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First cut Paneer into small cubes fry in oil and keep aside.
* Step 2
Put butter in a pan then add oil as butter burns quickly so the oil will prevent butter from burning then add ginger garlic paste
And bay leaf and saute well.
* Step 3
Add red chilli powder, haldi powder and salt add little water and fry till the raw smells disappears.
* Step 4
Grind tomatoes and make puree add in the masala
* Step 5
Add magaj paste and saute.
* Step 6
Add cream or malai and sugar
* Step 7
Add garam masala
Keep in low flame for 5 mins switch off the flame
* Step 9
Serve hot with rumali or naan.
