Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast mawa on low flame for 5 to 7 mins Add grounded sugar and elaichi powder Add saffron soaked in one tbsp milk.Cook on low flame.Use Non stick pan for Cooking. when the mawa leaves the pan apply ghee on a plate spread mawa and when cooled cut into desired shape add nuts of your choice.
