Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a kadhai add ghee and roast sooji in it.roast until golden colour.
* Step 2
Now add milk and mango puree and mix it well.
* Step 3
Then add dry fruits and Cardamom powder.
* Step 4
Now add sugar and mix well, stir it continuously.
* Step 5
Cook it 3..4 minute then switch off flame.Take a plate add halva garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
* Step 6
Mango Sooji Halwa is ready to serve.
