semolina

1 1/2 cup

curd beaten

To taste

salt

2 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add semolina, curd, and water mix well, make smooth batter for idli.

Grease the idli stand with oil.

* Step 3

Add salt and eno fruit salt into batter.

* Step 4

Now put this batter into idli mould and steam itni microwave for 5 minute.

* Step 5

Idli is ready, demould it and serve with sambar.
