Mix veg with Crumbled paneer Galette

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine Maida,salt and cold butter in a bowl. Rub with hand to mix Maida with water.

Add little ice water to make dough. Keep the daough in fridge for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and garlic. Fry till brown.

Add dry masalas add tomato. Mix and fry.

Add all the veggies.mix well. Cover it and cook on slow heat.do not over cook.when done add Garam masala.

Remove the dough ball from the fridge, unwrap it, and place on a large piece of parchment paper. Flour your rolling pin, and roll the dough as circularly as possible, to about 1/8-1/4" thick

Place the veggies mixture in the center of the dough, leaving about 2 inches on the edges. Fold the edges up.

Transfer the galette onto a baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing it up.
