1/2 bunch

Pudina (Mint)

2 flakes

Garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind pudina, garlic and green chillies and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it crackles, add spring onion and fry till transparent.

* Step 2

W. Add pundina paste and rice and mix well. Cover it for 2 - 3 minutes.
