This salad can be made with any vegetables of your choice.It is healthy and nutritious . Good for weight loss.
It is Indian version of Greek Salad.
I have used homemade Cottage cheese ( paneer).Store bought paneer can also be used.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and serve garnish with fresh pomegranate.
* Step 2
For green chutney -Take some mint and coriander leaves,2-3 green chillies a bit of tamarind and grind to a fine paste with some water, Chutney is ready.
