Crispy aloo Chaat

Aloo Chaat is a street food popular in Delhi and famous all over India.
It is a snack which is some times made with either dry masalas or using chutney's and dry masalas.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the potatoes in cubes with it's skin. Fry in hot oil till brown and crisp.
* Step 2
In a bowl put salt and all the dry masalas,curd,green chutney, tamarind chutney, lemon juice and mix.Put hot crispy potatoes in this mixture and mix well and it is ready to serve.
* Step 3
Garnish it with more chutney,s,and pomegranate seeds (optional).
