Cholia hung curd salad

Cholia is Fresh green chickpeas.
It is a healthy salad.You can add vegetables and fruits of your choice and serve chilled.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil choliya with little salt and water in pressure cooker till 1 whistle. Strain and keep aside.
* Step 2
When cool put it in a bowl,add to it chopped vegetables, grapes,Mint, coriander, salt, pepper, hung curd, lemon juice and mix well.Lastly drizzle honey,mix again.
* Step 3
Keep it in the fridge and serve chilled. Garnish it with grapes.
