Chaat Sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mashed potatoes add salt, rock salt, cumin powder, red chill powder and mix it up.
* Step 2
Take 2 slices of bread. Layer 1 slice with mashed potatoes, crushed papdi, some green chutney tamarind chutney and sev.Cover with other slice of bread.
* Step 3
In a serving plate keep this whole sandwich and pour thick curd over it.Garnish it with little sev in the center and papdi on the sides. Delicious Chaat sandwich is ready to serve.
* Step 4
Similarly make Chaat Sandwich with other pieces of bread.
* Step 5
For green chutney - grind together 3 green chillies, small bunch of chopped coriander leaves, few mint leaves and small bit of tamarind, salt to taste and little water.Chutney is ready.
* Step 6
For sweet and Sour Tamarind chutney...soak tamarind in warm water for 1/2 hr, mash, squeeze out the pulp.Add jaggery powder or white sugar and mix. Tamarind chutney is ready.
