#indiankitchen #post2 It is a famous dish of Bengal.Posto means Poppy seeds. Simple and easy. It is cooked in mustard oil, it tastes equally good in vegetable oil too.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Poppy seeds in warm water for 1 hr.Then grind it to paste. keep aside.Wash, dry and cut Bhindi in desired pieces.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan add onion seeds,slit green chillies. Then add in bhindi, salt, turmeric powder,mix, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Then put sugar in it and Poppy seeds paste,1/2 cup water and mix again.Cover and cook till bhindi is done.Serve hot.
